Can I import my nominal codes to KEYPrime Accounts & Advanced?

Yes, if you have a recent version of Microsoft Office and have not already started your data entry you can import your nominal code list through the purple keyhole on the top left of the application screen by selecting ‘Import Standard Nominal Code List’ and browsing to the import file. The StandardNominalCodeList1 template can be found under ‘C:\Users\username\Documents\Key Prime\Document Templates’ and can be edited to the required nominal structure before importing.

If you have purchased the Code Import Pack module, you can import and export nominals easily at any time.
