How do I include bank details on my invoices?

When using any of our default templates, go to Setup > Messages and enter your bank details in the Default Invoice Message field as shown below. These details will be printed on all new invoices only. 




Historic invoices will require additional editing via the Details button inside the transaction. Clearing the field contents and then saving causes KEYPrime to update with the newly changed Default Invoice Message.

 


Alternatively, you can customise your template and hardcode the bank details. Go to Setup > Layouts > Customise the sales invoice and double click on the ‘Invoice.InvoiceMessage’, then select expression, clear the window and then enter your bank details.
