How to re-print/email payslips and P45s

To reprint a payslips:


  1. Go to Employees.
  2. Open the employee’s record.
  3. Go to More.
  4. Select Payslips.
  5. Click on the Actions button for the relevant period.
  6. Choose between downloading or emailing the payslip.

To print or email P45’s:  



Reports > Select P45 > Choose between downloading, previewing or emailing the P45.
